First Week of School -- What a Success!!

Yipee -- We made it!!  I am looking forward to an AWESOME year.  It has been so fun getting to know all of the children at St. Francis.  I can honestly say I have almost all the students names memorized!!

This week was about getting to know each other and learning the proper etiquette/netiquette in the computer lab.  I presented a brief slide show about myself and had each child tell me about themselves and what they liked best about computers.  The majority of the kids loved the website games!  I had a few children wanting to learn more about keynote, researching on the internet and programming.  I hope to meet all of the needs of the children this year.  If you have any suggestions or questions please contact me.

I am so excited to be a part of St. Francis Xavier School! It is going to be a GREAT year!  After talking with several students and parents at open house, I found that everyone loves using the technology class blog to easily find the websites used in class and to stay informed.  So, I thought I better have one ready for the first day of school.  What do you think?
